What does scheduling my appointments look like?
Scheduling can vary based on your availability, typically clients meet weekly or bi-weekly to start. Depending on treatment approach and client growth many clients transition to once a month check in sessions/as needed after a period of time.
Where are payments made?
All payments are made online via credit card/debit card within our HIPAA compliant records and billing system. We will submit insurance claims after each session for you, however, clients are responsible for their copays at time of session. Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance to verify eligibility for psychotherapy services and policy specific financial details. Please note: a valid credit or debit card is required to be added with new client paperwork prior to the intake session.
How do I get started?
Click the scheduling link in the upper left hand corner of our website to submit a new client inquiry! If you have additional questions or want to chat directly with Katie prior to scheduling you are free to call and leave a voicemail. All inquires will be responded to within 24 hours.
What insurance do you accept?
We are in network with BCBS PPO, United Healthcare and Aetna as well as the Lyra Health network of providers. If you have any other insurance provider we are considered “out of network” and can provide documentation to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
We are more than happy to help explain the insurance process, just ask!
We are able to provide cash pay sessions to anyone who is uninsured, reach out to learn more.
Do you provide therapy in person? Do you provide therapy via tele-health?
We provide therapy via tele-health/online only. Clients will receive an email with the link to join each session 48 hours prior to their appointment. We utilize an online video and records platform that is HIPAA compliant and easy to navigate!
We do not provide in person therapy services.
